55W H7 bulbs. Go for either Osram (=Sylvania) or Philips. Both companies make H7 bulbs to spec, and they carry three lines. One is the "last forever" type, the two others are more efficient (more light with same amount of current) but do not last that long. I'd go for the Silverstar. They are around $12 a piece.
