Try cleaning if it is dirty.

Default spray some Rain-X on it afterwards - it acts sort of like a lube...

I had a similar squeak and it went away after I put the Rain-X on.

Default Lube the seals.

Silcone lube on the bottom window trim will help to stop the shreeking, whether clean or dirty. Just a little though to keep the window from getting greasy.

Default If your windows are tinted and the tinted side is squeaking, use Plexus plastic polish and cleaner.

Use it on all your plastic, tinting and finished WHEELS for inbetween wheel waxing shine and brake dust resistance (or at the very least, making brake dust wipe-offs easy as 1,2,3). As I have posted before, I cannot express in writing how invaluble this product is.

Rain-X fixed the same problem with my driver's side window.
