Default Is my S4 okay after running out of gas?
My wife let it run out of gas, said she coasted home last 1/4 mile. I plan to bring two gallons home, then limp to the gas station. Is the car going to be okay?

You might have some misfires, that can happen if you run the tank too low.

I think the ECU will log that you ran out of gas, if so you might want to clear that..

Default Car will be fine.
Just tell your wife to not make a habit of doing that. Running the fuel pump (or any pump) dry is not a good thing.

Default Should be fine, just don't make a habit of it, you end up sucking up all the nasty **** at the
bottom of the tank. Filters should catch most of it but still probably don't want to tempt fate.

No specific code for running out, but there will be multiple cylinder-misfire DTC's.
