my side blinker is loose... how do you tighten?

If it's loose, the plastic tabs behind the blinker may be cracked or broken...
There's no screw or anything that you can twist to make it snug. Mine went after the local body shop took the blinker off to do some minor body work on the front quarter panel.
Your best bet might be to buy a replacement piece from the dealership or from one of the advertisers on AW. Good luck.

I've been through this - only 2 ways to fix: 1) new housing (proper fix) and 2) duct tape (for that
ghetto look). You really need to get a new plastic lens assembly - mine was replaced under warranty. It's just a friction fit - snaps into place with plastic barbs.
