Default My turbo/s gone last weekend, KO4's of course but, what else?

Do I do the fuel upgrade; injectors MAF etc.. is more fuel necessary with KO4's, but then bigger turbos=more heat do I need new intercoolers too, then 440hp=spent clutch, do I do that too while the car is apart, is AWE driveline stabilizer needed,boost/oil pressure gauge needed, that adds up to about 12,000 with labor, I already got 2 estimates

Default bigger turbos don't equal more heat

you'll actually get lower IAT's with say a K16 compressor wheel than a K04

That estimate seems a bit high. Where are you doing the work at?

Default To be more accurate->there are ways to do it much cheaper than

just buying cookie cutter kits and being overcharged for labor.

Sure, but liability is always a factor to consider when choosing an installer.

Yep. I've fixed lots of overpriced installs. ;-)
