My water temp during hot track days goes up from middle 90deg (c) to 100deg (c)... is that normal?

My water temp during hot track days goes up from middle 90deg (c) to 100deg (c)... is that normal?
it comes back to normal (mid) very quickly during cooldown lap?
Is this normal for track days or should I worry about thermostat, sensor, water pump?

You're probably ok if it comes back down and doesn't do this during normal driving.
