it's not the width that counts...it's the shape for pure pleasure...
of the tread that is ;-)
although an 8.5" rim width along with "pleasure grooves" like below will please any woman...er i mean car.

Uh, you're almost 4% over your stock drive ratio...
Not that it is any of my business, but 245/35-18 is the correct size in order to maintain stock drive ratio. Is your car lowered? Probably no rubbing issues, but maybe.
Anyway, your speedo will be under your actual speed, so don't get cocky by "holding the line" when you know you are under the gun (or being paced, whatever).
Wheels look nice, though. I love my Abt. They just went on my A6 2.7t.
