n00b question about tire wear
if the inside of the two front tires wear out prematurely, what does it mean? bad alignment? too much aggressive cornering for that alignment setup?
if the inside of the rear two tires are wearing out prematurely, what does that mean? same as above?

Generally means the camber settings are out of spec, but if you're lowered there's little you can do
You can buy adjustable links, but asid from that you pretty much have to expect the inside shoulders will wear prematurely with an aftermarket setup.
If you're stock ... have the alignment checked! Tires should wear pretty damn evenly with stock. If anything, aggressive driving will tear up the *outer* shoulders before insides.

check the toe settings
you can't do anything about your camber unless you swap out links (and I doubt with stock or off the shelf components you're getting ungodly amounts of camber). However, a little toe out will go a long way to contributing to inner tire wear.

Adjustable control arms run about $500, are fairly simple to install, but take time to align
properly. But it's the only way that I know of with decently lowered suspension to keep the tires wearing evenly.
And FWIW, the rears shouldn't require any more adjustment than what's available from the factory. It's only the fronts that are a problem for most people. I suppose that if you're slammed, you might have issues, though.
