Re: US cars are not prewired for either Nav offering.
A buddies S4 with Nav got totalled and we were wondering if we could transfer the main box and switches, but were wondering if the wires would be there on his 01(his other was a 00)Thanks.

Nope, need the wires(2 bus wires I think). I looked into this last year
and decided it was more attractive to do the Euro Nav+ install(still working on).
