NE1 get arumbling sound from the floor and a ton of turbo howl only in the rain???.....
I think it's the exhaust rubbing but I don't understand why it only happens in the rain.

Mine's the same; Decel only. Does exhaust contact magnify turbo howl?......
It's definately related to the rain because it goes away in light rain and comes back when I go through a big puddle or the rain gets very heavy. I was thinking it might be one of the rubber exhaust hangers getting loose when it gets wet. Do you have an aftermarket exhaust? Mine has apr downpipes and center section with supersprint resonator and muffler.
