NE1 know if the 2.7T knock sensors have a 0-5v range like the MAF and MAP? I am installing a..(more)
wideband datalogger and can tap into four additional 0-5v analog sensors. These would be in addition to WB02, RPM, and vehicle speed...
already tapped into:
MAP (ECU side of TCD)
MAF
would love to be able to log knock

Cool. My kit has all the functions of hooking up to a bunch of different sensors
also, but since I am going to use in more than one car I didn't. Would have been time consuming to put in both.

I could be wrong but I think the knock sensor puts out 20mV/g
The problem with taking a direct voltage reading is you don't have signal processing. From what I understand, the ecu figures out which part of the output is actually knocking, and not background noise.
