ned help quick, replacing front rotors, how do i get them off?

Default ned help quick, replacing front rotors, how do i get them off?

what size socket do i need for the calipers to remove them off the carrier? is it a 18mm? 17 doesnt fit, 19 seems too big, any writeups? thanks!

if 17 is too small and 19 is too big then its prob 18mm duh

yep its a 18mm, augh had to go buy one, never had to use an 18mm before, 18mm 6pt deep works perfect

Default be warned, tighening those bolts to spec is very difficult

i'm guessing it's easier if the car is on a lift rather than floor jacks.

make sure you have a torque wrench or your new brakes could end up chattering

could be 17.5 or 18.5, but based on your detailed analysis it's probably 18

yea they were a biatch to tighten, was able to get a torque wrench in there fairly easy

I think it's 18. You'll need an extension and a breaker bar to get enough torque to get them loose.
