Any ideas? And what should it cost to repair two stock rims with slight curb rash on the outer edges(lip).

I've had four wheels repaired at this place (see link)...expensive, bit of a drive, but worth it.
They did a great job on my wheels. Cosmetic damage is actually more expensive to fix than bending because they essentially have to refinish the whole face of the wheel. Basic prices are listed on their website and you can also call them for specifics. I think the stock Ronal S4 wheels are more expensie to fix than many, so it depends on how much you want to get them fixed versus buying some aftermarket wheels. But definitely check them out. I've had a coupla SVX wheels done there..they ARE good I must say.
