I need an opinion or two on what is wrong with my car. My current mods are APR stage II+ (Chip running 91 octane program, cat-back, and DPs), APR bipipe, and TT225 BPVs. This is what happened: this morning I went to fill the car up with gas, I filled it up with Shell 93 octane and replaced the cap (I thought I had the cap on but I may not have.) I drove the car for 5-10 miles on the highway without any problems. The car was shut off and than restarted with a second 10-20 mile drive on the highway again without problems. This drive had included some WOT running but was not what I would consider aggressive. The car was then shut off for 20-30 minutes. When I restarted the car the problems started. The idle was very rough, it sounded strange, and upon acceleration the roughness became worse and there was a definite loss of power. Within minutes the CEL came on. At this point I stopped the car and restarted it, the CEL and the rest of the problems were still present. Luckily I was just down the street from my dealership so I went there to try and get some help. One of the salesman that I know thought there was a problem with the gas cap. We checked that and restarted the car. The problems were still present and he thought I was only running on a few cylinders. What do you guys think I have done to my car? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Find a vag and see what faults are there, or take it back to the dealer.

I don't have a VAG and I did leave it at dealer
