need pagid orange for stock s4 calipers

Yeah, pad selection for stock calipers is limited. You can usually get a few events
out of the stockers, but after that you start going too fast for the stock setup, even with pads.

sounds like an oversell opportunity for STaSIS
i got my xdrs with the intention of doing light track duty with the stock calipers... if i had known i couldn't get reasonable race pads for them it would have been easy to oversell me a full set of alcons

does porterfield carry anything for S4 OEM?? Try them.
type in porterfield for the mfg, audi, S4, I left the others blank.
They are in Costa Mesa so you might be able to get them quick.<ul><li><a href="http://www.porterfield-brakes.com/cgi-bin/porterfield/pads.cgi">link</a></li></ul>

Re: Will that be enough for Pahrump?
ran in the heat at pahrump with stock pads, chipped car, was OK, a little fade. Did not disintegrate the pad.
But I drive kinda slow.
Ran oranges the 2 times at pahrump, they did fine.
Pahrump is a little less harsh than Streets of willow, maybe like Buttonwillow.
