Shouldn't be hard to find someone locally to do that to your wheel...
I'd be shocked if it cost more than seventy-five bucks to get it recovered in Alcantara (or more generic ultrasuede).
I was going to do the exact same treatment to my wheel a couple months ago, but my remaining pieces of black aren't big enough, and I haven't had a reason to buy any more yet, although if I end up giving up on Tripcomp and getting a boost gauge for the A-pillar, I'll be covering those and redoing the leadliner in ultrasuede, in which case I'll have enough scrap to do it...
