Need some advice on pricing Stg 3 S4 to a friend

That's a good point. When I got the S4, I was contemplating an E46 M3
which incidentally was priced at almost exactly at what I put into the S4, yet my S4 left stock E46 M3s in the dust at the track. Unfortunately, I only had the opportunity to track the car once after it went Stage 3, but it was fun.

Agreed but he explicitly told me he would be pissed if I sold it to anyone but him so I think I'm OK
In fact, last week is when he, unsolicited, told me to sell it to him, saying that it's a waste just sitting in my garage when he would enjoy it.
