need some help please
got a few of questions for y'all
1. when switching ECU's do i need to do anything else besides throttle adaption? do i need to break out the VAG-COM?
2. how easy is it to change the oil inthese cars? i think i may have overfilled a bit(1/3 qt.)
3. what should a 6-speed with chip and exhaust run the 1/4mile(times and MPH please)?
4 any tips on how to launch one of these cars or general drag racing tips. like when to shift?

quick....
1. VAG-COM - clear intermittent power failure code
TB - group 060 in basic settings, wait
until count goes to 8 and ADPOK
2. Easy, jack up, pull aluminum fasteners from the black plastic under engine, and you can get to whatever you want
3. consistently high 13's, easy.
4. feather in clutch at 3k, at most 4k. Turn off ESP. Shift depending on the dyno curves man..Just rev it out till you're not pulling anymore. Sometimes I don't go above 6600 and it's alright. Don't look at revs, just feel the car out and don't smoke your clutch

1. No, but you will have an error code (loss of power to ECU you might want to clear - if APR chip easy, if not, need VAG)
2. Don't know - have not done yet and likely will not.
3. 13.2 (avg.) at just under 100 mph
4. Launch at least 3k but not over 4K - slip clutch out quickly, but no dump. FLOOR it (no 3/4 B.S.) Powershift if you have a shortshifter and bypass valves, if not, shift quickly just before redline or a little earlier. Hang on!
