Default new angry sound from the turbos...
ever put a blade a grass between your fingers and blow? well one of my turbos sounded like that this morning for a minute....

went away after i guess it finished machining itself into the housing...

Default um.......the housing should be machined BEFORE it's installed ;)
the wheel isn't supposed to touch the housing.
