The first part is just a ballpark rule of thumb. It gets you in the neighborhood, not an exact
number. For the second part, you need to divide your MAF value by 2. Don't forget we have a BITURBO. :-) Each one only puts out half of the total flow rate.

further looking at he K03 chart...looks like they could push 20psi @ .14kg/s(280g/s at MAF) and still be in 70% efficiency range...however they would need to spin at 180K rpm...

I think a very small amount of people have seen high 280s or an occasional 290.
I don't think g/s is as absolute of an indication of power as some believe, but it's one of the best things we've got to work with.
