Is the new T-Boot stronger or just new?

I noticed everone here getting the new T-boot part. Has anyone ripped their new one with the chip install. I ordered two from my dealer just in case in preparation my STAGE III kit from MTM.

i've seen the new one. it is stronger, and built up better around the largest opening.

No troubles as of yet...

My S4 has a build date of 2/00 and I checked the TBB last night - it is the "dash T" version. It looks strong and clean, with no signs of wear, which seem to be visible on all the pictures I've seen of the cracked ones.

I am running the GIAC Stage II chip.

Now, we'll just have to see if what happened to Warren, happens to me...knocking on wood right now!
