noticed after i shut the car off at a gas station that there was moisture on all the vents after driving w/ AC on and windows down for about 20 minutes in very humid weather.

Yes.
Ever been on an airliner in Asia? When they are in the lower atmosphere they well pore vapors from the vents. The L-1011 was notorious for this.
Same with cars if it is really bad.

been on plane in asia many times, but just never noticed it
at least now i can breath a sigh of relief, i thought something was wrong since i have never seen it in the car before, or maybe i just never noticed it. hope the condensation doesn't become dripping water and get into the car computer and touch screen i have below the vents

Don't lower the windows after...
That way humid air will not be able to come into the car.
Your condensation is caused by the vents being cold and cooling the humid air touching the vents. The water condenses out. It isn't just the vents that can do that. And yes, it can affect electronics. More sophisticated electronics will sense the condensation and refuse to come on.
I would guess it isn't going to be a big problem unless it happens a lot. Electronics in cars should be designed to deal with this. And we all know how reliable Audis are. :-p
