I didn't order the gold jack, but it's what Harbor Freight sent.

That pretty much goes for any jack.
With these in particular, what sort of failures have you seen? I've seen many complain about the mount pad cracking, and others have suggested centering the weight through the center of the pad to avoid cracking that surface.

i haven't had any issues in over a year.
but mine is blue! ;-)

If anyone figures out a way to use that jack to lift the front and fit a stand under the car
without interfering with the jack please let me know. The thing is just too big. I can't figure out how to do it.
