Default dude, it wasnt him it was his insurance. nobody, and i mean NOBODY is gonna eat $20k+ out of pocket
anyone who says they would is full of ****.

So I take it this guy didn't have his own insurance on his car!? Seems pretty crazy for being in NJ

You need an insurance rider to cover mods. Otherwise it's OEM only.

Yeah I thought this was well known. I have my car insured at well over twice the MSRP/blue book
