it may take longer, about 2 hours but I learned alot about the tires and wheels. First I learned that I had a bent wheel. So bad that the machine recommended against using it. Fine make it a spare, must have been that little vibration I felt ~ 100. Then I learned I had another bent wheel, not as bad as the first and only slightly out. I got to watch the whole balancing process. They take the old tires off and then check the rims for runout. Then they mount the tires and do some sort of spin index. Then they use the road force roller and place the weights. The car is much more smooth now owing mainly to the fact that I went from 235/40-17 AVS Sports to the ES100's in the same size. The tire is much more compliant and quiet probably due to the softer sidewall. Much quieter than the AVS Sports. Turn in and steering response is quite a bit sloppier but I guess I expected that. Only put a few miles on them today but I think I may have found a pretty good cheap(er) replacement for the AVS Sports with hopefully better wet traction.

http://209.176.154.132/</a
