Now its time to chip the 2001 2.7T S4
I've got a birthday coming up and I am now off warantee. I need more low end grunt and a linear power band. I have some concerns about very cold Vermont driving and fuel economy. I am looking for chip recommendations and possibly an exhaust that is not too loud. The flood gates are now open.

If you are concerned with fuel economy, sell the S4. As for the other stuff...
I run MTM stage 2. Very nice low end power, good exhaust note. No issue with Chicago winters (2 so far).
There is a slight power fade above 5500 rpm, but my lemmiwinks tweak helps.
