Go-Karting Event

Time: 9:00AM - 12:00PM EDT (GMT-04:00)

Ok Guys, the Go-Karting event is DEFINATELY on for us in the
NY/NJ/CT/ Metro area. It's set for August 4th in East Hampton,
NY. The place is about 1.5 - 2 hrs away from Manhattan
depending on traffic. For more info on the location visit their
website WWW.ExtremeKartingNY.com. You should plan on arriving
at 9:30 AM and after all the drivers pay, and we get an idea of
how big of a group we will have we will have a safety session
and will discuss which cars will be driven.
The general idea is the all driver will start on the
"Concession Karts" rated to about 45 mph. if we don't kill
ourselves or the cars, we are then allowed to move up to the 125
cc shifter Karts which are capable of 100 mph in 6 secs.
Pricing is going to be ABOUT $75 for an hour of track time (not continuous, regardless of car type).
When we arrive, we will probably get an even better price depending on how mant people show up. Also there will be a food vendor truck on location.
