After 6 months, nothing has changed. And I'm at a loss as to what to check or replace next, before I swap in another stock turbo.

I'd really like to find the issue before putting in a bigger turbo before the track season starts - hopefully in April at VIR.

Default and it looks as if "Quattro Pete" may have the same issue. here are his logs:

Default ok, so let me see if i understand this right......

your requested and actual boost are fine, but it just doesn't read the same on your boost guage? From your previous post, the wastegate duty cycle isn't a mechanical thing, it has to do with your N75 valve.

Default The valve spring or valve seat in the wastegate(s) could be worn...

I had same problem w/ 944T, It turned out to be the valve head warped over time & was allowing boost to escape when closed or "seated".

Default but i don't think that actual and requested would be spot on then. He'd have slower spoolup

and that'd be reflected in the 115 graph
