Okay, this is my first time using Clairparts...is it usually this much of a PITA???
Tried ordering online on Friday, fubared SQL server so I send them a email detailing my order, what happened, errors I got, etc.
Still haven't heard back from them today, so I call them and he says "Oh that's fixed now, you can order on the web, if not here's my direct line call me if there's any problems"
I go through all the slow-loading crap to palce my order online again....AGAIN it's fubared with even more SQL errors than before...
I call his direct line, he's not in, I leave a message with problem and how to contact me. 4 hours later no contact...
I'm getting sick of this, is there another (more reliable) online store with similar parts?
