one time offer on RS6 piggie downpipes for the 2.7T

I definitely will let you know...
I would probably make the drive to you for tuning 1. because you have experience with it and 2. Michigan isn't TOO far from chicago!
I'll be building the motor at the same time so it'd be a little bit of a longer project. Don't wanna slap a big turbo on there and not use it's potential. Just out of curiosity what do you think you could have pushed that set up to if it the motor had been built to handle it? I am also very excited to see what the new design looks like!

very cool! I'd love to tune another one..
PLEASE build the motor. If you need any hardware to support it, please give Prince a shout. We do these 2.7T's from the ground up.
I could only let them leave at 22psi out of that turbo to keep the motor at its very edge of being safe. Anything more and they would have gone so much faster, but it just wouldn't hold up over time.
If you really want to see alot out of the setup, you might want to step it up a bit past the 3582R that they used. For example, instead of that turbo on my FSI, we're doing a special and comparable Borg Warner turbo for it. It's a hair larger, but it's great for high boost. It's not ball bearing, but once we start spinning it hard, it'll be a bit more reliable for a car that will see over 30psi repeatedly.
Regardless, there's definitely a bigger and badder turbo for you, you'll just need to ask yourself what you want.
