open invitation to anye who wants to come check out the snowdrift winter pro rally this weekend
in Atlanta MI.
the rally is friday and saturday with night stages on both. group N and open class will be well represented. and this being the only true snow rally in N. America it is always exciting.
i am part of team Great Northern Motorsports, the wrx driven by John Bottoms and co-driven by Carolyn Bosely. we finished 2nd last year and had a difficult season (DNF's resulting in missing alot of our points, about half)......this year should be different. http://www.scca.com/Rally/Index.asp?IdS=00008B-45BD3C0&Reference=prostandings&%7E=
AUDI content: there is usually a 90 quatrro who makes it out for snowdrift, as well as a few other private group 2 audis, stil no s4's though. I wonder why????
PEB crew: if you guys could make it, that would awesome, get in contact with JD for my cell phone. there should be some hotel rooms open still, and they are dirt cheap up there. try and make it!
there is a link to rallyamerica where you can get info on last season, and everything you need to get to snowdrift. this is one of the last motorsports you can watch and not have to pay, it truly is a blast! basic directions are 75N in MI till you hit ******* (i know some of you are giggling), mapquest for anything more specific. there should be hotel info on the rallyamerica website. http://www.rally-america.com/
DRESS WARM, its friggen freezing<ul><li><a href="http://www.sno-drift.org/">sno-drift</a></li></ul>
