Opinions: the best trans fluid for 2001 S4 6-Speed?

I have always had a rough shift from 2nd - 3rd. After reading/searching this forum it seems as though replacing the stock trans fluid might help.

What do you guys recommend for trans fluid?
- Redline MT 90?
- others?
