Other than the dealer, where to get oil filters?

(Be sure to also get the washers too!) <- Odd thing about that...
I picked up the five pack and went to change my oil but we couldn't get the old washer off the plug... It was a totally different washer then the ones I got from Clair. Oh... I've got a early build 2000 model year, if that matters.

Audi changed the plug design...
...somewhere along the way to include a washer that is not removeable. I believe they expect you to replace the plug/washer assembly every time instead of just the washer like the older system.
