Oxygen Sensor Modification

Oxygen Sensor Modification
I tried the Oxygen Sensor Modification in the tech section,
and these are the codes I got:
17522 - P1114 - Bank1-Sensor2 Internal Resistance too High
17548 - P1140 - Bank2-Sensor2 Internal Resistance too High
Has anyone else tried this mod and been successful?

Sorry if you read pre edit. It was very screwed up with termonology and I switched with sensors we were talking about in my head.
If I had to guess without looking at it, the diode was put in the circuit revervsed.

I have the silver bar on the edge of the diode on the ECM side like the article says. Is this not correct?

Also what type of diode did you pick up? And are we talking about this: https://www.audiworld.com/tech/eng53.shtml ?
The only other issue that I could see is that your rectifier diode has too high of a turn on voltage (could happen but the radio shack ones should be 0.5-0.7V IIRC)

Sorry, I started my other post and sketched out what was going on. I didn't see that you had already replied before I posted.
I get the same results he does, but depending on your diode things could change.

Bad/Gutted PreCats. Warm Up Catalyst: Efficiency Below Threshold. Full Summary Below.
Summmary:
The ECU bases the fuel trim off of the primary O2 sensors. These are the ones located before the precats on the downpipes. The ECU has a secondary set of O2 sensors that provide information on how well the cats are doing there job. Since these are behind the cats they cannot be used for fuel trim, just cat efficiency. The mod adds a diode in series with the secondary O2 sensors which drops the voltage and tricks the ECU into thinking your cats are operating in tip-top shape.
