Ansen used to make them...
He had a small mod installation operation called called "Audimods" in SoCal, but I've not heard from him in a while. His website is still up, so he's hosting it somewhere...
If all else fails, I think he made them by heating plexi and forming it around a rattle can. He's a GREAT guy though, and if you can buy one from him for a few bucks, do it.<ul><li><a href="http://www.audimods.com/contact.htm">Audimods Contact</a></li></ul>

I made one of those curved plastic (thingys) for my boost gauge as well by taking plexi glass cut
to size and laying it over a soda can and heating it up with a heat gun on low..
