Can somebody email opinions on service at Schmidt's Garage?

I'll be visiting my folks around my car's anniversary and I was considering taking it in while I'm there. Also, what's the lead time on appointments?

I am also interested in the service at Schmidt's Garage in the Buffalo area...

We'll be making the trip to Buffalo in the coming months for a visit with the old folks, so we are also interested in the service at Schmidt's Garage.
I grew-up in Buffalo NY, and I remember when Schmidt's Garage was just a Chrysler dealer. Back then, the Audi dealer in the Buffalo area was Jim Kelly's (not the football player), and then AutoPlace, but when I was back in Buffalo in May 2000, I saw that Schmidt's Garage was the Audi dealer, so the wife and I went there and looked at several Silver S4 cars, one of which had Alcantara, and that helped us decide to ultimately buy a Silver S4 with Alcantara.
