I ordered the spray and the film that covers the front plate. The film is also suppose to diffuse laser readings. Anyone have any info./experience?

Default I would guess they could argue "Obstruction of Justice" since .....

you are dilberately trying to interfere with police techniques.

Default If it's what I think it is then it does not work.

The chances of the laser hitting the front plate and not the rest of the front of the car is small at best. I think there was a Mythbusters on this subject.

I wonder if it's a state to state kind of thing like radar and laser detectors/jammers.

Default AFAIK - not for laser, it's for traffic cameras. Must work, as DC outlawed it.

DC put a $500 fine on using it<ul><li><a href="http://washingtontimes.com/metro/20050501-095936-9529r.htm">http://washingtontimes.com/metro/20050501-095936-9529r.htm</a</li></ul>

Default all you really need to do is come up with a good reason for spraying the plate that doesnt involve

diffusing radar.

Default It's a specific cleaner! Yeah, that's it! It helps keep the front plate clean and lets the bugs...

wipe right off!
