Default unless you have already tried one...
I don't recommend buying one mail order because the sizing is different between manufacturers. Your best bet is to try one on somewhere so that you are SURE it fits...NOTHING is worse than an ill-fitting helmet:<ul><li><a href="http://www.helmetcity.com/">http://www.helmetcity.com/</a</li></ul>
