Poll: For tuners you have dealt with....average response time?
Either you leave a message or an email, how long does it take on average for them to get back to you?
list tuner(s) name and average response time.
For simplification purposes, lets say the response is simple and doesnt require much investigation.....just a simple info request.
Im just trying to figure out what to expect.
I understand many tuners are very busy and even the good ones cant get back right away....but whats a reasonable time to expect a reply...1-2 days perhaps?

Thanks for the honest response matt. I think ppl are scared to respond.
I mean if it took a tuner a while to respond, but you got good service when they did, just say that as a disclaimer if you want to protect your *** for some reason. Its stupid to not respond because you think the tuner will get mad at you. IMO.

24 hours is my expectation.
Obviously, if they are out of town for a convention, or something, I'll read about it hear, but under normal circumstances, if they don't return my call/e-mail within 24 hours, I'll give them a second chance. After that, they end up on my "other" list.

No problem, in their defense, I e-mailed Achtuning when they were setting up shop (maybe it was more
than two months ago) and I'm guessing my email got lost in the shuffle. I never followed up. As far as Avalon, I emailed Nevile a month ago today about the lip spoiler and RS4 grill in the group buy and never heard back. This was after Zev moved to Colorado and I always had good service with him.

This seems to be fairly typical with Strat, either great service or simpy awful. They seem to play
favorites almost. A lot of people have very positive things to say about them, but others who I personally know have had really crappy service.
