Polltime: Average response time to e-mail from a vendor selling S4 products
what is the time frame
A. when inquiring about a product?
B. when expressing interest in buying?
C. when they already have your money and you want an issue resolved?

Email and vmail is usually never. I've actually spoken to some tuners and said, check on x and y and
call me back. If x and y are ok, I will buy...no call back. Makes you think they just aren't interested in making money sometimes.
Now I never send emails and always call and get them on the phone. It's annoying, but that seems to be the trend, so oh well.
