Default As promised - 7k miles in 3 weeks travelogue

I threatened on the board before that I would post this monstrosity, based on feedback on my other travelogues (Australia, Scotland...)

This one is from my June vacation, 7000 miles in 3 weeks with the new S4, through the Pacific and Mountain region with lots'a pictures. Includes snow in Yellowstone and a Magpie feeding on my bumper.

If you care, follow the link!<ul><li><a href="http://rescomp.stanford.edu/~stanj/Travel/Summer-01/index.html">7000 miles in 3 weeks vacation</a></li></ul>

Default No exhaust on the Mods ??

It seems everyone who has chipped has also replaced the stock exhaust. How does your S4 perform with the APR and stock exhaust - this will be my preference since I prefer the stock sound

Default Really nice pics. Let me know if you ever need more PDX Thai recommendations. :)

I specialize in that. ;-) Typhoon has a pretty creative menu, which is interesting, I like E-San for lunches (it's a few blocks away, as is the Broadway Typhoon). I think many local's favorites is Thai Orchid though. Very good...

Is Camera World the largest photo shop in the West? (never heard that if so...) I work about 4 blocks N from there.

Default Nope.

The preformance is great, on the track with the 100 octane program it's pretty darn amazing. Yes it's a bit slower than Steve S' car which has the same chip but exhaust, but it's *a bit* slower.

I don't want to do the exhaust mainly because of the sound, and because personally I don't see much value added.
