Went in for a RR wheel bearing replacement under warrantee. They ended up replacing the left rear bearing, both rear brakes/rotors, and a RF tie rod, as well as both camshaft adjuster seals.

Got the car back perfectly clean and dry, and it didn't cost a cent. They even provided a loaner car.

They surpassed my expectations numerous times, but they also fell well short of them just as many. One thing I did notice was that any time I complained about them on AW, the next time I brought the car in I was treated much better.

I went there to complain about poor power. They drove the car and proclaimed it just fine.

That was when I checked into AW and got the skinny on BPVs and the general pneumatic complexity of this car. Turned out I had a torn BPV.

They have a few excellent mechanics who really understand this car now, especially Jeff and Frank. Frank is a real stickler and replaced quite a few parts that I hadn't even flagged to them, ie, cam adjuster seals.

The last few visits there they've really laid out the red carpet treatment. Status phone calls every few hours, loaner car, etc. It's what I really expected when I laid out $43K for this car.
