those poly bushing wear out. I have 1/8 inch play on mine.

Call Neuspeed. replacements for mine were $20 shipped.

Direct quote from Neuspeed.

They recommend in the instructions to lube them yearly. But you have to remove them to lube them so I just replace at the same time.

Replacement bushings are about $5 each from Neuspeed.

Someone mentioned using teflon tape, although I have no experience on how that effects longevity of the bushing.

Default $20 shipped for 2 new bushings and their good thick synthetic grease
This was for the 22mm bar bushings.

Default You gotta lube them every 9 months or so...they last if you do.
The instructions tell you to lube them.
