Pulled over on 309 today for speeding...just ranting
i know the cops just doing his job, but this is my first violation in probably 6 years....oh well now i need to appeal so i don't get points...the cop was nice about it @ least and said just appeal it

show up in court, beg forgiveness, get points removed, pay fine....
at least your insurance won't go up if no points. curious....were you on the upper or lower part of 309 (the lower section, currently under renovation for what seems like the past decade...is a total joke.)

just about every ticket I've gotten. . .
hasn't stayed on my record. Depending on how fast you were going, and probably where you live, I'd say you can get out of it. I just went to court a few months ago and got off with just paying the court costs and it didn't go on my record. And the court costs were less than the ticket was!
