Default Put these Stage 3 "+" mods in order of power potential
Assuming a basic K04 + fueling car running in a place with real seasons, put these in order from most power potential to least power potential. Obviously this is slightly subjective & will depend on complementary mods & tuning....but give it a shot.

Test Pipes
Straight pipes (cat-back)
RS4 Intercoolers
IC Misters
Aquamist
Port/Polish (turbos)
Port/Polish (exhaust)
Port/Polish (intake)
Ceramic Coating (turbos)
Ceramic Coating (exhaust)
Wastegate Mod
Phenolic spacers
K16 comp wheel upgrade
Clipped turbine

I would put intercoolers first, even in front of the fueling kit.

its for "unacceptable turbos" aka not OEM K04s, which imo OWN

Very very hard to rate them IMO. No cats and mufflers is a pretty big gain, though.

Default ICs, Test pipes, intake manifold, straight pipes, all that other stuff is BS and not needed *EDITED*
its not BS, but is not going to show the most significant gains IMHO. This is my opinon only, and should not be taken as fact. Oh and btw, i like p-spacers

Default You could get any of the mods that Buehn Engineering offers on straight OEM K04s.
Look at Gary with Z/C'd K04s.
