Question about the factory head unit?

Here is the problem that I am having...
I had my radio replaced because it was flickering on the display. I have to Bose system, btw. When I would turn on my radio, it would flash BOSE accross the display on the radio. With my new radio it no longer does that. Did the dearlership install the wrong radio? I've been having some serious issues with my dealership of late and I am trying to add more fuel to the fire. TIA.

Nope... the dealership just forgot to recode it to enable the Bose filter.
Anyone with VAG-COM could do it for you, though many here (including myself) prefer the sound of the radio without the Bose filter enabled.
