Question: Just got off the pone with Clair Parts. They have 2 OEM stock S4 grills.......

Default Question: Just got off the pone with Clair Parts. They have 2 OEM stock S4 grills.......
1 is black and = $96
1 is grey and = $141

What are the differences? Which would be easier to paint? I want to paint the trim Imola and the grill black.

Default No diff painting either, chrome rings are a pain to rough-up enough to prime,
but otherwise, should not make a difference

Soak 'em in bleach, eats off the chrome leaving plastic.

I'd worry about damaging the plastic, too. Makes it brittle.
