Question to those with Euro front plate....
I just received my 21" (520mm) front plate with bracket. Neither the plate alone nor the bracket fill the whole area in the bumper nor do the fastener holes line up.
My question is, how did you mount yours so that it conformed to the contour of the front bumper, covered all of the holes and did you have to drill new holes in the bumper cover?
Any pics would be appreciated.
TIA

I had same problem..
ended up just using heavy duty mounting tape to attach it right to the bumper..see my picture poster. Much cleaner looking IMO.
It has been on for over 6 months with no problems.

well...
i modified the bracket by "ovalizing" the two closest matching round holes with a utility knife. that worked well
or for a cleaner look i put 2 dabs of paint on the mounting holes on the bumper. then aligned the plate so the paint would transfer to the back. then drilled the plate and screwed it directly to my bumper. imho that method looks the best. paint the two screws white for a perfect match.
then i got tired of having the plate on there and now im back to stock.

I got it to fit.
i got the frame to bend into place with the pre-drilled holes for the us front plate. It was difficult, but it kinda bent into a nice arc along with the bumper, i'll try and put a pic up if you want.

A pic would be great. I kind of like the look with the frame and would like to make it work.
Were the bumper cutouts still visible on either side even with the frame and plate installed? When I hold the whole assembly in place, I can still see the cutouts on either side of the frame.
I was thinking of painting the plate mount area of the bumper cover black so that the cutouts would be less noticeable.
