Question for you K04/K16 users. Doc, Verruct, chime in porfavor.
So the setup I am planning on going with since my K03's instaploded.
K04/K16s no options (ceramic coat, ect) *No cash for it ha
MBC set at 11-12 psi

How long are my injectors going to last with this setup? Will I NEED fueling soon? I drive to bigbear every weekend and Mammoth (300mi) once every couple weeks. I need something reliable. I wont push these new turbos like I did my K03's, but I need to know what I am getting into. What performace am I looking at? Same as me on X @21psi on K03s or more? Let me know boys. TIA!

Exact same situation as you're in...K03s had a meltdown, etc...
check my pic poster for the AFR dyno graph I got...could be a weird fluke in my car, but I doubt it...
I'm hoping for a better solution soon.
FWIW...the turbos are fantastic...seems that the software is the weak link here

Am I 'reading' thoes graphs right, 18psi full boost at 3.5kRPM?
Also, I've always wondered this. Assuming whatever you have controlling boost doesn't somehow change. One would reach somewhere 'lower' on the boost graph at the same point you do correct? e.g. if this guy ran 12psi, assuming all other things being equal, he would hit 12psi around 3krpms?
I'm guessing with a boost curve like that you are running N75 in parallel with an MBC?
Hopefully you can get that thing tuned well soon! Those AFRS dip WAY LOW, should be able to pick up mucho mid band power.
With Lemiwenkis (sp?) does one have full control over the WOT timing and fueling maps?

Save the extra 1k on K04/16's and get K04's, green top injectors or used set of RS4 injectors cheap,
custom MAF housing from Simmply or Tantrum, PEB TCD, MBC, and just use your X SW with the Bosch MAF. Convert to Hitachi later and run X for the M box if you want, May not be necessary.
