I have an Imola Yellow S4; a yellow caliper looks like a banana stuck in your wheel!
I went with red; classier and sporty, too.
If you are choosing between black and yellow only, then black.

If he uses the proper caliper paint, it'll look no worst than yellow Stoptechs.
I suggest the G2 paint...I'm very impressed with how it's held up on my car. Even withstands Brake clean...and brake clean in my dissolver of all....when all else fails, I bust out the CRC Brake Cleaner...LOL If that doesn't take it off, it's on for good. :-p

If you still have the black wheels, yellow might actually look good IMO.
I agree with Markcore....red doesn't work on Imola as well IMO either. Just too many differnet bright colors. :-p What caliper paint are you going to use?
If you don't do yellow, then do black or silver. I saw a yellow 996 Turbo with I think a Techart kit, black Kinesis wheels with Yellow Porsche brakes...it actually looked good to me...but taste vary.
Man, just do what you like...it's your car and you have to enjoy it...forget what we think.
